What you must do is place all the "a" values on one side of the " = " sign, and the known values, "digits" on the opposite side of
the " = " sign.

When you do that, in transposing the values from one side of the " = " sign, you must reverse the "operator". " + " to " - "
or vise versa, if it exists.
You have no " - " signs in this equation as it is.

+ + +=+ +, your equation.
+ + - = + -, new equation.
I'm hoping that you can understand without me doing it for you.
