Are you talking about Pru from Charmed?
it was because of tempermental behavior, disagreements with co-stars etc were rumoured to be
the reason for Shannen leaving Charmed
yes she shoulda been fired.

If you're referring to Prue from Charmed, Shannen Doherty got fired due to her off-set behaviour. Thus, the writers at Charmed killed off her character, hiring Rose McGowan to take her place to reconsitute the Charmed Ones. If any actor/actress can't behave off-set or when the show's on hiatus, then he/she deserves to be fired, PERIOD.
