I don't think there will ever be anyone that could take his place in teaching our children about wildlife the way he did. My daughter looked up to him. My deepest heartfelt sympathies go out to his wife, daughter and son. He seemed like such a loving father. It's a real shame that his young children will have to grow up without him. Such a sad tragedy.

I have a flash for you: EVERYONE will die sooner or later, including you. Life is shorter for some than for others. Really, this is not that big of a story, beyond the fact that it happened so suddenly. He was NOT a god, just a man. Thousands of people died around the globe in the past couple of days. The world keeps revolving. Peace to his family. Move on.

It yesterday when he died. Someone is watching some re-runs.
At least he died doing what he loved to do. He shouldn't have pulled that barb out though....

The barb from the stingray's tail stuck him through his heart.This is so sad.I feel so sorry for his wife and kids.

It is so sad. He seemed to be such a great guy...I feel awful for his kids...they are only 8 and 3...without their daddy. :(
