I dont ever eat breakfast, but I eat special K as a snack. So instead of snacking on potato chips, or any kind of junk food, I eat special K. I lost 15 lbs.

23 lbs, only I replaced the Special K with Shredded wheat. I started July 1st of this year. Shredded Wheat is the only one that is healthy for you.

none and i starved. try low carb there is alot of free stuff to keep you full. no sense in starving yourself.

about nine in two weeks...but i put it back on three weeks after competing
