No one vitamin is the "energy vitamin" but a good B-complex is very helpful.
Vitamin b-12 is very good, but often is not absorbed well through the digestive tract. Sub-lingual vitamin B12 is widely available and often proves worth the effort. For someone with a slightly low B12 level, it can also help memory function and balance.

I've been getting Vitamin B complex shots - gives me energery and speeds up my metabolism. I also take multivitamin pills daily, which seems to give me more energy as well, and I've been taking Phentermine daily as well. (Phentermine was the one that I could actually feel an energy boost with a little after I took it, but they all work wonders)

Swanson Vitamin's High Potency Soft Multiple with Iron. Siberian Gensing, Coenzyme Q10, Rhodiola, and Fo-Ti are all supposed to help.
Vitasearch.com and swansonvitamins.com have more info.

B12 is good for that. Also, make sure you're getting enough iron and vitamin E.
