Firstly stop any non perscription drugs like weed or alcohol both of which will seriously agitate the problems you mention.

St johns Wort is a non perscription herble remedy that can help with depression and is available from health food shops.

Anxiety can be treated very effectively with out drugs but for best results you need to see a occupational therapist which your GP can sort out for you but may have to insist (and you should), and then attent a course (again the NHS run these for free but you may have to demand). If anxiety is getting in the way of your life you must do this. It can be a thing of the past in 6 months.

If your really bad, and you need the meds, then take the meds, If you need them. If you can cope without then do.

Good luck and remember, the happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts. Easier said than done I know but you start by trying.

The best natural way is to avoid all salt but particularly 10 days prior to your period.

PMS is caused by water retention. Eliminating salt will help you keep the excess water off. Exercise will also help as it helps your body to "squeeze" the extra fluids out of the tissues.

You could try going to see a herbalist. They might be able to suggest natural things for you to take. But if those don't work for you, seek medical help ok :) good luck

If your PMS is that bad, you definitely need the meds.
