That isn't really a sentence. If you are asking, Will the Geneva Conventions prevent interrogations? the answer is no. What the Geneva Conventions does is provide for rules and limits on the interrogation and handling of both civilians and prisoners of war.
the Geneva Conventions just defines the limits of what sort of interrogations are not legal.
