Both have blood on their hands, and niether can claim mere "self defense" against the other. The hate is there on both sides. I do lean to the underdog, though, and I see that palestinians have been pushed from their homes, had their farms mowed over, their homes shot up, and the body count is pretty telling.

Israel is in a horrible area, they need to exert a strong military or one of those crazy middle-eastern countries will devour them.

Actually, Hezbollah, but the Palestinians should have kept them on a shorter leash, and share some of the blame. They knew Hezbollah was arming up and should not have let them.
