I have searched the Oxford dictionary and cannot find any references to the word. Another concoction from the Lying NEOCONS.

Words are being coined and concocted every day, every generation. There are words that appear in the dictionary today that did not appear there ten years ago. Emoticon is now an official word in the dictionary. There was a president in the 40's (I think it was that decade) who coined the word "normalcy." He made it up. And BAM! It's now a word. So don't be too quick to judge the existence of a word. Give it some time. It may just end up in the dictionary.
