Healey says she will lower taxes and help education at the same time. I wonder who's going to fix the Big Dig. The biggest boon doggle in America. The tunnels are leaking, ceiling panels are falling and the cement has huge air bubbles in the pours and she's going to cut taxes. Maybe she wants Mass to have a bigger deficit than the USA!
