It sounds like you're having problems with products containing benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide is excellent for preventing acne, but horrible in drying out skin.
I'd try out something with salicylic acid. The neutrogena line of products contain mostly salicylic acid and have a moisturizing effect at the same time. Try something out in that area next time and find a facial type moisturizer.

You need to go to your local mall and go into one of the stores that has beauty counters (Clinique, Elizabeth Arden, etc) They can type your skin for you and show you the perfect products to help fix your problem skin. It sounds to me like you have very sensitive skin and may be allergic to the fragrance or dye in the lotions you are using. Try something for sensitive skin, hypo-allergenic, and this should help.

try dove face moisturizer. and then it will give nice silky feeling
