Duck tape is the single most effective prophylactic for protection against BIOTERRORISM.
Every God Serving Bush Fearing American should have a roll of Duck tape at all times.
Not only can you wrap yourself in Duck tape to prevent anthrax for killing you. Duck tape can be used as a first line defense by winding a suspected BIOTERRORIST in numerous layers of Duck tape.
I personally have saved countless lives by securing BIOTERRORISTS in Duck tape until Homeland Security could arrive and take them to secret jails.
When you see a man with a BIOTERRORIST look quickly run ahead of him and get out your roll of Duck tape secure the end to a telephone pole or street sign. Then pull off 10 feet of tape. When the BIOTERRORIST walks by run around him as fast as possible. Then back around the pole. As you make more and more wraps around him he get secured tighter and tighter to the telephone pole. Wind him up from head to foot. Then go find a Homeland Security agent and tell him where the BIOTERRORIST is.

I believe you can find anything you need here with The Duct Tape Guys
http://www.octanecreative.com/ducttape/new_intro/index.html
somehow these guys have written seven books on the subject
thats got to be a world record.
I also found this as wikipedia
Duct tape, originally known as duck tape, is a strong, fabric-based, multi-purpose adhesive tape, usually silver or black in color, although many other colors, including transparent, have recently become available. Duct tape is usually 1.88 inches (48 mm) wide. It was originally developed during World War II in 1942 under the name "Duck Tape" as a waterproof sealing tape for ammunition cases. Permacel, then a division of Johnson & Johnson, used a rubber-based adhesive to help the tape resist water and a fabric backing to facilitate ripping. Because of these properties, it was also used to quickly repair military equipment, including jeeps, guns, and aircraft. Duct tape is also called 100mph Tape in the military, citing the urban legend that duct tape will maintain its adhesion when subjected to winds traveling at up to 100 miles per hour.
After the war, the housing industry boomed and people started using duct tape for many other purposes. The name "duct tape" came from its use on heating and air conditioning ducts, a purpose for which it, ironically, has been deemed ineffective by the state of California and by building codes in most other places in the U.S. (which means professionals are restricted from using it in systems they install, but do-it-yourselfers are not). However, metallized and aluminium tapes used by professionals are still often called "duct tapes".

Duct tape is now extinct owing to the encroachment of civilization on its traditional feeding grounds -- Ace Hardware stores.
Without its staple diet of tenpenny nails and dust bunnies, the last roll of duct tape perished on October 4, 2005 and was laid to rest in Peoria, Illinois.
Its loss will be greatly mourned, especially by fans of the "Red Green Show." Eh?
