I think you climb up the board by giving answers that will be the best. So the leaders might only answers where they can do that, or even answer in such a way as to be the best.
I looked at this, the leaders and most are not the top answers in certain areas of politics but other softer subjects like showing people how to find answers to their questions on the internet.

The majority of the people have jobs, some are retired and do this about 2 or 3 hours a day. To some people, this is a good way to relax after a hard day or night at work and to some it just might be a hobby.

I retired around 34 years old. Also, I went back to College for my degree in Network Engineering, just for fun. I only answer a question every hour to hour and a half, most questions are just inane sad chatter that have no business being on here much less deserving of an answer.
