Yes and it's seeds are being planted in the US. by the Following formula:

1.Disarm the citizens(they will be unable to fight Tyranny).
2. Take away their voice (state controlled Media).
3. Indoctrination, State Controlled schools
4. Social Programs, Food stamps, "Control their stomach control their Vote".

The US like our neighbors to the North and South Keep getting closer every day.
