I know of at least two. Once for drunk driving and once for vandalism but I believe there is a third instance as well

I am not sure. But it is one too few, for he should be impeached for:
(a) violating the 1st and 4th amendments of the US CONSTITUTION through the NSA illegal spying program
(b) FISA violations
(c) WMD lies
(d) and any President who refers to the Constitution as "just a god damned piece of paper" should be impeached for that alone
