He lost my confidence when he decided to invade Iraq. Hasn't gotten it back since.

No he doesn't have all of my confidence, only some of it. He should have used his veto power many times and didn't. He has allowed the D.C. porkers to geometrically increase discretional spending. His "compassionate conservatism" has been a disaster, none of his "consessional conservatism" has led to anything but more virulent liberal lies about anything their feeble minds can concoct. If Bush a better public speaker or cared more about the pollaganda problem, he'd get his message across much better.
He does have a lot more of my confidence than any liberal candidate could ever have. Bush cares more about the country and our long term future. He tries hard to do the right thing on important issues and make the hard decisions rather than just appease the appeasers, which by the way is what liberals are very good at, appeasement.

He lost my confidence when he did not and has not followed through with Katrina. One year later and he iis still trying to get something going. This is all right in our own country. What about the mess on foreign soil? Sorry, no confidence.

I think I'd like to have a beer, with him. Good guy, but I don't think he's doing a great job as President.
