" A Tales of Two Cities" -

It's nostalgia.
It was our class literature text book and at that time ( 35 years ago), I was crazy over this "school flower" who sat two rows in front of me.
I wished I was Charles Dernay ( not Sydney Carton) and she was Lucie Manette. Of course cannot remember these names. Checked from Wikipedia.

Great Expectations. It's very dark, that's what i loved about it. I saw the movie (did you notice how everything in the movie is green?), liked it, but it has a happy end, because people need happy ends, and that sucks...

A Tale of Two Cities
No matter how many times I read Sydney Carton's ultimate sacrifice, it still gives me goosebumps.
