Wow this is a hard question. Cause I really like all of them... but if I had to choose just one, it would be Cars. Cause I love Larry the Cable Guy. lol
Then it would be Finding Nemo then The Incredibles and then Monsters INC.

My son would say Toy Story 1 and 2.

For a 9-year-old I'd definitely say Monsters, Inc.
Graphically superb, fun story, just a little bit scary but in a good way.
Toy Story 2 close behind, then TS1.
Nemo's very good but I never really thought it lived up to the hype.
