No, I don't think he is a "poor guy."
He obviously has his priorities out of whack and could care less for the child that he has no interest in supporting.
People who are addicted to drugs can never have a grasp on real responsibilites until they sober up.
The mother needs to get a clue and take the child support case up in court or with the DA.

he helped create the child (ren) and no matter what, it is his resposibility to help raise them. Things like that kind of get my dander up. I wish there was a sure fire way to get these dead beat dads to take on their resposibility.
