Some people say it is a good thing to write a diary for each time you go to the restroom. Do you think this is a good thing? Why or why not?

absurd as it sounds, it might be a good idea, provided that you are in your own bathroom/restroom. this is the place where you are most relaxed but are not expected to sleep (as opposed to the bedroom). this is also the place where you are entirely sure of what you're doing (laughs) so you can put your mind elsewhere and let it wander..
it was said in an article i read that some of the most successful people in the world get their bright ideas in the bathroom, while taking a shower, or soaked in a tub. there's something about water that tickles our imagination. but who knows what brilliant ideas you can come up with while seated in the restroom so relaxed? so absurd as it may seem, go do your diary in the restroom. lol.

What? I've never heard of keeping a diary quite like this. What do you record in the diary? How many times a day you go to the bathroom? What you see in the bathroom? I'm confused.

Why the rest room? Is it so you can record how big or small your turds were? Or how yellow or clear your pee is? Why make a diary for every time you go potty? And if it is a good idea, then why not make a diary every time you burp or fart? Oh, or why not make a diary every time you brush your teeth? Oh how bout every time you ..... well you know. Any ways, yea sure its a good idea. Maybe, I think so, well i don't know, go ask Jeeves.

If you're interested in scatology maybe or you have health problems. Otherwise, I think there are plenty of better things to write about. Hope you work it out. Be well.

Well yes it is if the doctor askes you to do that, but on a regular basices, no. That would be a little out there!!
