The scene is from National Lampoon's Animal House (1978). The lines were said by Katy (Karen Allen) and Donald 'Boon' Schoenstein (Peter Riegert) respectively.
And, yes, it's a great scene!

The chick Boon was dating said the first one but i thought it was "i think i'm in love with a retard" so i may have the wrong movie all together!

Ooo - I'm not sure - the word "retard" is throwing me off - but I want to say "Revenge of the Nerds" - #1 was Betty the cheerleader, and #2 was Chip, her jock boyfriend.
