Everyone is different. 32B is pretty normal. Thats what my 17 yr old daughter is. My 16 yr old is a 32 A.. Being only 13 you prolly will grow a little more. But if ya want to go bigger, just buy a good padded bra.. That will help improve the look of being slightly bigger.

There is no "normal" bra size.......if there were, we'd all be the same size! As far as making your breasts bigger, the size is mostly determined by heredity. There are some things that can change that.........having a baby, taking birth control pills, gaining or losing a lot of weight, breast augmentation surgery, but those are pretty drastic ways to get bigger boobs. Since you're only 13, try waiting a while. Chances are that time will help you out here. In the meantime, choose a bra that fits well and is comfortable. There are many padded bras on the market that look very natural, and can make you look at least a size bigger. And speaking from experience, I can tell you that bigger isn't always better! Big boobs can cause back ,shoulder and neck pain, make it hard to find blouses and bathing suits that fit, and they get saggy sooner than smaller ones.

At 13 your breasts are still developing. A 32B is a nice size and probably is complimentary to the rest of your body size.
You cannot increase the size of your breasts. Be proud of what nature has given you so far.
IF you go to a store, a lady should help you pick the right bra size. But there is nothing wrong with asking your mother, or sister, or aunt who have gone through the same problem.
How do you know if a bra fits right? But the bra on, bend over and slow/carefully pull the breast tissue from the size of your chest into the cup. The cup should just cover the breast and fit around the chest without bunching up tissue on the side.

I can say that teenage girls seem bigger chested now than when I was a kid and I would consider you average to above average. I am sure that your mom would not mind answering questions about bra sizes and if you have a lot of questions that you would prefer not asking her just go into a any major department store and their are many women that that would help you out in the bra department.

No problem. Here are some tips: At that bra size you've got lots of great choices, so my advice is to try some different styles and see what you like (I like to hit the clearance racks to save money, but maybe you've got a bigger allowance). Those seamless sports bras that are all cotton with a T-back are really comfy and even look cute under off-the-shoulder style shirts (plus they make you look like you're more athletic). I also really like the kind with underwires and seamless cups. The really pretty lacey ones look great in catalogs, but if you ask me, they can be really scratchy! And for under thinner fabrics (or chilly weather), I always feel less self-conscious if my bra has just that little bit of extra thickness. But, the push-up bras can be a bit too thick. Best to try like one of each kind and get more of what works!
Oh, and about wanting them bigger, be careful what you wish for. The more you have, the heavier they are, there's more stress and strain on your back, you have to workout harder to keep them in shape as you age, and you know most guys these days are looking at your butt anyway!

You need to be talking to your Mother about these things so you get the correct information. You have no idea who is answering you on this thing, it could be a guy!!
It's not weird to go to your Mother! She is a woman who knows alot also!
No, you can't make them bigger and whatever size you are is normal!
Please....talk to your Mom, you'll both be glad you did!

you need to trust your mamma. she is a woman and will be able to give you the best advice. but for now, some questions for you: is your mother a "good" size? does she have breasts the size that you would feel is ideal? if so, you'll probably grow to be this "big" as well. if not, expect to be about the same size as your mom. Although I HAVE heard that breast size is not necessarily genetic, it happened this way in my family. My mom was a 38C and me and my sister are 36DD, 38D respectively.
if you need to know your exact size, go to a Victoria's Secret and have someone measure you. they will do it for you and tell you your exact size

If you can, get down to one of those bra-fitting days at Macy's, where they can help with that problem.
As far as breast size goes, there is no shot, no lotion, no pill, no cream that will increase bust size.
Pectoral exercises strengthen the muscles underneath the breast, causing them to jut out, but does not actually increase size.

If you have a bra that fits, and walk with shoulders back and back straight, your boobs will look great. Likely your boobs haven't stopped their growth yet anyway.
Why do you want bigger boobs anyway? Trust me - smaller is wayyyyy better. We get cuter bra styles, we can go braless and not hurt anyone.
