Actually, the funniest movie fight scene was in "Rush Hour 2" with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, and it was never used in the movie except at the end where it shows the bloopers and cut scenes. Jackie is fighting with a guy and the guy runs at him, Jackie moves and the guy falls out of a window. Chris Tucker runs over to the window and looks out and sees the guy (about 10 stories below) laying on top of a car. Chris says "Damn, he's not going to be in Rush Hour 3", and Jackie, who doesn't know that Chris is going to say that, looks at Chris and they both burst out laughing. Now that was funny.

One of the funniest fight scenes occurs in the Steven Speilberg movie "1941" where two men get into a fight during a Jitterbug dance competition.
Another movie with some funny fight scenes is "The Princess Bride". The dialogue during the sword fight between Inygo Montoya and The Dread Pirate Roberts is quite funny as well as the dialogue during the fight sceen with Fezig and the Dreaad Pirate Roberts.

Most people on here are probably way too young to have seen it, but one of the most hysterical scenes ever was the boxing match in the Jerry Lewis movie "Sailor Beware". I vividly remember seeing it as a kid and laughing so hard that I fell off the couch.

I'd vote for the amazing pie fight scene "The Great Race." Remember that one? The Great Leslie (Tony Curtis) wanders into this unbelievably chaotic pie fight wearing ALL WHITE...and not a crumb gets on him for about five minutes, until he gets nailed with about 25 pies all at once.
