Chick flick. Emotional. Tearjerker. Good story line. A little unbelievable at the end.

Great movie. Kind of long but it told a great story. I'm not sure if its a true story. (As far as Jack and Rose) but it was still good. Also if you do some research on the Titanic you will see how they used certain things in the movie. Such as the caption and the Marget Brown woman. At times when the boat was sinking you could tell that it was fake but the way the boat looked against the night sky background. They did a great job on the boat. Even tho at time you could tell it was fake the special effects and graphics were very well done. Even tho the beginning was boring it ready helped the movie plot out a lot by not just jumping into a story but seeing how the older woman told details about her life that she never told anyone.

I thought Titanic was a great movie. I think the acting was done well. Very emotional movie, Titanic Is based on a true story,...1 of my all time top 10 movies...

Pretty good but the fictitious love story was a bit much. There were many victims buried here in Halifax and there is a stone with the name " J.Dawson " In reality he was a deckhand. Some of the film was shot here. The major scenes were done in Mexico I believe.For months after the movies release there were always fresh flowers on J.Dawson's grave. I really thought if she pushed over there would be room for him. I think poor DeCaprio was doomed from the moment the director saw the Dawson grave.

Three hours of watching people drown is not good entertainment in my view. But I can't wait for Titanic 2 to come out!

I thought it was a very good movie. Great technically, very good special effects. Also, I thought the acting was superb.

I lilked it, BUT they kept saying each others name to much and that drove me nuts. The screenplay was terrible BUT THE way Cameron stuck to the actual details of the ship, the sinking, the rescues was incredible.
I also watching the film was like could you imagine that happening during that time period without the technology we have today, horrific. It's sad to know that even then people were arrogrant enough to think nothing could happen to them.
