Frivolous lawsuits against them should be thrown out. There may be one or two legit cases in which suing would be ok. Like if they screwed up their databse and gave out names and addresses of young myspace users against their wishes.

No... stupid people do stupid things.... that stuff can happen anywhere .... here on answers, yahoo 360 or any other chat program etc. It is the people that make the stupid stuff happen.... people need to get a life and realize they should be suing the stupid people that make the stupid stuff happen not the things they use! That's like saying.... I'm gunna sue the knife you used to kill someone intead of you for doing the dead! And YES! you can delete your myspace account LOOK CLOSER! I have re did mine about 3 or 4 times already! Plus you pick and choose who you talk to on these chat things if you don't know the person or are iffy about it don't do it! More than 1/2 the people on my myspace page I know in real life! People should look into things before they go and sign up for it just because it is the in thing to do!

I am not going to sue it but I am not going to use it. It's a crap. I should be able to delete it and I could not. You can not delete MySpace. Very wrong!

really. i'll forgive someone of a homicide. notwithstanding, that's not in basic terms to enable them bypass devoid of any punishment. yet when I provide them a punishment, then i'm not merciful. someone necessary to pay for the crime with the intention to have justice. Christ changed into the scapegoat, and Christ loved each and each human beings a lot that he volunteered to be the guy who will handle all of our punishments. The regulation of justice changed into fulfilled, and the regulation of mercy changed into besides. imagine of it this kind. assume someone owes you funds, and they don't have the money in the era of time they were meant to pay you lower back. What do you do? provide them justice? Or provide them mercy? would not you want both? therefore, someone(Christ) got here and suggested he ought to pay the money that the debtor owes. Justice changed into fulfilled and the debtor changed into nonetheless given mercy. to ensure that me to both forgive and receive justice from someone who wronged me, there must be a 0.33 get mutually who comes to a decision to take the punishment out of affection. it must be my son, or it must be some different person. So there isn't any certain/no answer for your question because you're very easily leaving out the very incontrovertible reality that justice also had to ensue. i'm in a position to forgive devoid of sacrificing my own son, yet i'm not in a position to forgive and receive justice mutually except there's a 0.33 get mutually in touch.
