well you should tell him that as soon as possible bcuz if you wait any longer it will just be harder to end the relationship. also tell him you don't like him cuz that's leading him on and he will be hurt and disappointed if you let time pass by. he will be hurt though when you tell him so try and say it in the nicest way possible.

ok if you didnt like the guy then you shoudnt of asked him if he liked you and then second off since you did ask him, tell him you was just wondering that u really arent into him and he makes you uncomfotable when he says i love you.
