i believe she is the one spreading the gossips. because shes always in the boss's office. i think shes a spy or something. u think so? why?

Sounds like she is polluting the system through her negativity. Perhaps you should confront this lady and tell her your concerns. If you cannot resolve the issue with her then speak with the superivior and let him know that she is creating a poison work environment by her remarks and let him deal with the situation properly. This person has problems for sure. However, its pretty much the way of the workplace nowadays, its always been there, all through time, but today, it seems to be more prevelant than at any time. Gossip, and rumors, and inuindo, seem to be the newest "hobby" for some people. Its almost like they are playing their own version of "Survivor", getting people, as it were, "Kicked" off the job and starting problems just to see how you handle the situation. The best advice to tell you is to just stay away from these people, and ALWAYS keep your personal business to your self and ONLY with people you can trust. Which in most places, you cant truly trust anyone, anymore. You have to make that determination though. Good Luck with this, no one hates this kinda thing worse than I do, sorry you are dealing with it. Take care.

Stay away from her and her friends because they are nothing but trouble. Maintain only a professional relationship with them. Friendly yes but say no more.
Sounds like you also have a boss that could be a problem because he entertains such foolishness. I have had a past situation where the fool listens and believes some of the stuff. It's the only way the boss can stay in touch with the "grapevine."
Is she a spy? Sort of but she is more of a parasite. Getting a boost off of others.

I believe wher I come from we call those people brown nosed **** stirrers. they keep attention of thmselves by focusing it on otheres.I believe you are probably right,best thing you can do is do your job the best you can and try to stay out of this persons way,hopefull your boss is intelligent enough to know what shes doing. Karma is a *****!
