Interested in making Indian bread?
well then, you will need:
wheat unrefined flour called gehu aata from any Indian grocery store
a roller pin to roll the bread
a thick flat pan to roast the bread
A clean thick kitchen napkin
Method:
Knead the flour with a pinch of salt and a spoon of edible oil.
The consitency should be such that you can easily be able to roll it.
Divide the flour into balls of 2 inch diameter.
Roll out these with the rolling pin to make flat round discs of flour.
If you find any difficulty in doing so, dip the balls in a little dry flour first, so rolling becomes easier.
Place the rolled disc on a preheated, pregreased pan on the gas stove. Let it cook on low flame for a minute or too. Turn and cook the other side. You can press, and rotate the bread with the help of the napkin. After 2-3 mins, you bread is done. This can only be made one at a time.

best tip i can give is just make the dough in the bread machine and then shape it on a tray and bake it in the oven. Bread machines are great but they make weird shaped loaves. The other thing you can do is then spirnkle the dough with different nuts , seeds etc before baking . rolled oats or pumpkin seeds are good.
