The company that I am sending to refuses to accept because the jpeg image/document is too large. One is a business card, one is a normal 8 1/2 x 11 document. I scanned both and tried to send.

use the following tools provided by Microsoft... it is a must have... just visit the site and download the image resizer powertoy and enjoy...it can be downloaded for free and you can just right click on an image and resize it.. just walk in a park...

open the file and save it in a different format (under type of file in the bottom) try gif etc ...other wise cropping works or zipping the file using winzip

You can resize the image and make it smaller. That would definetely make it a smaller file size.

why dont u download infranview or use photoshop i think that reduces pics
