Broccoli Casserole with Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Cook broccoli 3 to 5 minutes; drain. Whisk together eggs and mayonnaise; add broccoli and onion and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large onion, diced
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, corn, and onions. Stir in sour cream, soup, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. In a separate bowl, toss together stuffing mix and melted butter. Spread broccoli mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover with stuffing mix.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and browned on top. Sprinkle remaining 1 3/4 cups cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Easy Broccoli Casserole
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Flavor Pack from Ramen
6 cups broccoli, peeled stems and heads, chopped and blanched in salted water
12 ounces sliced mushrooms, Sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
1 package chicken flavored Ramen noodles, broken up
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, cheddar cheese, blue cheese dressing, eggs, salt, pepper, and flavor pack from noodles. In a separate bowl combine broccoli, mushrooms, and broken noodles then toss together wet mixture and vegetables to evenly coat. Place in an 8 by 8-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non- stick cooking spray and cook for 45 minutes covered. Then remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes to brown. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

2 cups broccoli, cuts
6 ounces Cheez Whiz (can use salsa flavored for added zest)
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup white rice (measured uncooked)
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook rice, set aside.
3. While rice is cooking -- Place broccoli, butter, onion and salt and pepper in bowl. Microwave for 10 minute stir then microwave for 5 more minutes.
4. Microwave cheese wiz to melt.
5. Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
6. Mix rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheese wiz and broccoli mixture
together. Spread in pan.
7. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
8. (note: you must use a shallow baking pan, I tried to bake in a deep casserole dish and it didn't solidify right).

Broccoli Casserole
2 boxes chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cr. mushroom soup
1 can cr. chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, diced
8 oz. cheese whiz
1 c. instant rice, uncooked
Heat together soups and cheese whiz. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Broccoli Casserole no rice
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cr. celery soup
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 .c milk
1/4 c. mayo
1 egg
1 T. butter
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix with next 5 ingredients. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
Ham and Broccoli Casserole
6 slices of bread
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
1 lb. ham, cooked and cubed
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash oregano, onion and garlic powders
Cut crust from bread. Put crust in 9x9 pan(greased). Cover crust with cooked and drained broccoli, then layer ham and cheese slices.Place bread squares over cheese. Beat eggs, milk, onion, and spices. pour over bread. cover and let stand in refigerator overnight. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Sauce:
1 can cr. of mushroom soup
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sherry or wine
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Heat until cheese is melted and spoon over baked casserole on plate.

1 lb. fresh OR frozen broccoli florets - cooked until tender
(2) 10.75 oz. cans condensed cream of mushroom soup - low-fat okay
1/4 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - low-fat okay
-In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in butter until translucent, for 4 minutes.
-Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart oven-proof casserole dish.
-Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Notes: I've substituted cream of celery and cream of onion for one of the cans of cream of mushroom soup with very good results.

1 box frozen broccoli florets - slightly thawed
1 cup chopped ham
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 - 1 1/2 Tbls. garlic salt
2 cups cooked pasta shells
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
-Bring broccoli, ham, milk, butter, and garlic salt to a boil.
-Stir in cheese; cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
-Fold in prepared pasta
