Salt is an appetite stimulant, and causes water retention, to boot.
I started a low sodium/fat/sugar diet 2.5 weeks ago, and have lost over 14 lbs so far.

well my mother is one a diet she will cheat about 2 times a weak you can still eat meat fruit and vegetables.what i mean by my mom cheats is some time shell snack on ice cream candy anything like that and shes already lost thirty pounds the right way by eating the right foods like any kind of meat,fruits and vegetables. the other way to lose wait is to starve your self don't do that and she walks trails dose tie Bo and turbo jam.try my advise it might work. hope i helped.

salt makes you retain water which can attribute to extra weight, however, don't completely omit salt from your diet because you do need a minimal amount for proper body function, and also to ensure that you do not get dehydrated.
