Why? 114 is super thin. The only thing you can do is fast on water or something. You won't be able to not eat for 3 days unless you've built up with year of practice fasting (and that's for spiritual reasons, not weight loss). Maybe eat cucumber and tomatoes for those 3 days. You will only lose water weight and slow down your metabolism. There is no way to LOSE 5 lbs in 3 days. It's humanly impossible. If the scale tells you so, IT'S ONLY WATER WEIGHT.

Why do you wanna lose 5 pounds? 114 sounds like a healthy weight. i guess you could stop eating but then when you start to eat again you'll gain the weight very quickly and if you keep starving yourself then you could develope a serious problem.

Sometimes it seems like I lose 5 lbs overnight, but it's not normal. Drink lots of water, eat plain baked potatoes for lunch and a salad for dinner.
LOTS of water!!!
And why are you trying to lose weight at 114? Seriously, that's perfect. If anything, I guess you may want to tone your muscles, but that will likely add weight. Just be happy that you are skinny!

why are you so desperate to lose 5 lbs if you weigh in at 114 i would say eat one meal a day and drink diet soda i would never reccomend this past 5 days

Take a water pill, eat nothing but salads,fruits and other raw vegetables all week, Drink lots of water! And do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day with a garbage bag on.

Be very active in sports involving cardiovascular activities (soccer, basketball).

i weigh 105, and i'm 5'5" i'm trying to gain weight, which is what u should be doing!!! you don't need to lose any weight!!!!! just get over it, and stay healthy, it's not healthy to be underweight, i'm in trouble with my doctor now!!!
