I suppose you could if they are boneless but it would be awkward to handle with the bones in. I like to simmer them in seasoned water until they are almost cooked. Take them out of the water and place them on a cookie sheet. Brush them with bbq sauce and broil them in the overn for a few minutes.

Don't do it! Ribs need to slow cook and the bread crumbs would just fall off and burn in the bottom of the pan.

Is there a sauce that you're putting on it as well? How are you cooking them, baking or braising?
If braising and/or if there is a sauce, I would definitely NOT bread them.
Personally, I can't imagine why breading would be necessary or even desirable... if you want to write me to give me some more information I will give you a more specific answer.
Message me if you'd like.

My mom makes pork chops breaded and this may be similar to breading spare ribs. She dips them in a mixture of lemon juice, mustard and black pepper...she then coats them in italian style bread crumbs. She places them in a bake pan and drizzles them with melted butter and bakes. Go for it, its worth a try.

Never heard of it. Try seasoning them with Garlic Salt and pepper and cook them in the oven at 350*F for 45-60 minutes.
