Want to: I've always wanted to have fondue because for some reason I've never had the chance. Once, when we were in Switzerland we thought we might get some authentic, but the price was OUTRAGEOUS so we didn't get to :(
Regret: Snails. When I was around 10 we went to this fancy seafood restaurant and I wanted to order snails because I thought I would like them (for some unknown reason) and oh my gosh.....YUCK

It's hard to choose which kind of food I want to try, I want to try all kinds of food! The one I regret most would probably be brussel sprouts or sauerkraut, maybe canned beans.

I'm up for trying just about anything, except bugs. I'd especially love to try more traditional ethnic foods.
They only food I truly wish I had never tasted is donkey steak. That is just SO GROSS!!!! It tastes like beef mixed with rotting fish, no kidding. Yuck!
