Just ask Joe Lieberman! If you don't follow their every order to the letter you are not part of "their" party and not fit to govern. (I thought it was a government of the people, not a government of the political parties.)

And the generations of welfare dependant drones they have created. How does disempowering someone by making them rely on government handouts and entitlements equate to compassion?

As far as inclusion goes, how included do people who work for a good living feel when the democrats redistribute wealth by increasing taxes on the people who invest in the economy and give that money to those who the democrats keep dependant on handouts.

Inclusion and tolerance precisely! because we do no longer have a knee jerk hatred to those who're diverse from us. Animal fanatics - surely count number us in - i wager which skill Repubs hate animals? Tree huggers? I take it you mean environmentalists? definite back. do you want fish polluted with mercury? do you want the polar ice caps to soften? Homosexuals? definite three times. get better out of your knee jerk hatred of homosexuals. they're element of the international - hating them gained't cause them to bypass away. Pedophile criminals? What? i do not remember seeing help for pedophile criminals in any democrats election profile. were given a hyperlink for that? Discourage speech adversarial to those persons? i'm no longer positive what you're speaking about precisely - yet i'm guessing you'll positioned up yet another question in this subject matter.

Sure, despite your obvious ignorance and hostility of the most fundamental Constitutional concepts, I would prove my tolerance, and compassion as a Democrat (I'm probably typical) by including you into the American body politic, despite your unwillingness to reciprocate. Indeed SOME FORMER Democrats like Leib have been SO accommodating that they are indistinguishable from Repukes. I DEMAND reciprocity and a basic respect for the Constitution from Repukes.

Not easy to do here..... but of course you'll want a simple bumper sticker type of answers since that's what conservatvies seem to understand and like.

- Want to protect civil liberties and a person's right to chose how they live their life (I'm not only referring to abortion related).
- Promote equal rights and fought quite hard to do so on many occasions
- In most cases tries to help the minority
- Most policies tend to focus on helping those on the lower end of the social economic strata - tax policy, social programs, regulations.
- Are for most types of research that may help the sick (e.g. stem cell)

Let's not forget, Christ was a liberal....

I'd almost say Dems are TOO inclusive sometimes.

There are extremes and individuals can depart from democratic princples.

Also, remember Conservatives and Republicans focus in on the individual. Democrats/libs tend to focus more on the collective.

Democrats and no better than Republicans. It all comes down to the individual. I myself am Independent with mainly Democratic views. I believe that EVERYONE is EQUAL. Gay, straight, black, white, poor, rich, or any other stereotypical group.

Like our constitution says:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and are endowed by their creator certain inalieable rights, among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

I don't believe the stopping gay marriage and killing civilians are a part of that paragraph. Democrats share most equalist views and I believe their is plenty of proof of that.

Only if you're actually open-minded enough to listen to facts and consider an alternative perspective.

Which all evidence so far has shown is very unlikely. Prove me wrong. Stop bashing people who don't agree with you and actually try to listen.

Then it becomes worth the effort to engage in discussion with you.

{EDIT}
The poster is angry with me because I blocked his emails from my system.

But it gives me such warm fuzzy feeling to think that I've had such an impact on him that he's fantasizing and daydreaming about me.

Can you prove that it is not?

Can you prove that the Republican party is the party of tolerance, compassion and inclusion? (I did not think so.)

What are you people crazy?

They love minorities (as long as none other than wait staff show up at their parties),
They love gays (as long as they do show up at their parties),
They love felons (except white collar ones),
They love Unions (as long as they keep the coffer full and the membership in line),
They love environmentalists (as long as it doesn't interfere with their parties and limos),
They love most celebrities,
They love Castro and commies in general (especially if they've been martyred and can't show up at their parties),
They love drugs except for tobacco,
They love children (as long as they are brainwashed to spout propaganda and, of course, have survived to get out of the womb),
they are very compassionate and inclusive - as long as you never deviate from the letter of the agenda (but go ahead and defy the spirit all you want).
