Upload your contents whatever these should be, allowable contents only into premade template as the service provided free, some advertisements to bear.
Bravenet is a good service easy to use. If you like make great webpage up there.

buy a domain name and hosting plan create some html pages upload thoose pages and wallah a new webpage.
or use s freee service like geocities which will guide you step by step.
