you will need a wireless adapter
if you have one you should have an icon in your tray(down by the clock in the right corner)
double click the wireless icon then view available networks
find your neighbors in the list and double click it
if it has an icon of a lock you will need them to give you the password if there is no icon then you should just be able to connect

First of all, you need ot be sure that you are able to receive enough of a signal strength to connect. You need a wireless card in your computer or laptop. Use the windows XP wireless network finder to see if it can even see your neighbors router. If it can, double click on it to connect. However, if there is a lock symbol, it's encrypted and you need the passphrase or key.

LOL...are you trying to steal internet services!!! Shame on you....LOL...heres how you do it.
Click on the computer that pops up next to you clock (bottom left hand corner)
Click "view wireless connections"
Try to find one that is "unsecured" but sometimes ppl are dumb and they still use the admin password for their secured network so just type in the word.
Good Luck! LOL

That is sad dude, and im sure its illegal under some law. If it isn't password protected or the password is easy to guess you can get right in/ otherwise get your own/ Don't cheat people out of what they paid for.

If it is unsecured very easily, if it is secured then you need to get some numbers off of the bottom of the router. if you are a hacker then very easy..

If it's not password protected I say too bad for them. Have your computer search for available networks then click on theirs to access the internet.
If it is password protected (as it should be) I say too bad for you. Go out and pay for your own internet!
