I had a head of cauliflower in my fridge, but the fridge was a little too cold and it froze. I turned the fridge down and it's been thawing out, but it looks like a different color now. Is it still good to eat raw, and if not, can I still steam it with good results?

Fresh is best. Frozen then thawed cauliflower is better cooked than eaten raw. Steam or put into a stew. If you're familiar with frozen vegetables sold in the supermarket, they're usually half cooked and frozen instantly at very low temperature to maintain freshness. But once you thaw them, it's not recommended to be frozen again.

Have you ever had frozen cabbage or spinach? They don't look good when they're thawing out so I just throw them.

Dun eat it raw. Better to steam it.
Put the cauliflower inside the steamer when the water already boiled. Wait for 3-5 mins (til the cauliflowers is warm), put it out and eat with your fave sauce.
Dun keep the cauliflower inside the steamer too long or it will be too soft. You juz use the steamer to make it warm enough to be eaten.
The result wont be as good as when you use fresh cauliflower, but it wont be too bad too.
Juz try it, and when you dun like the result, you always can throw it away, right? ;-)

I don't like cauliflower so I probably would not know the differance.
