That's normal. Just try to wear them for a little while and gradually increase the length of time that you have them on. Your eyes will stop trying to compensate for your eyesight. That's why you feel nauseous. If it doesn't improve in *shrugs* a week? Or if you find that you are not adjusting at all from day to day, you may want to take them back to your doctor (they may have made a mistake -- rare but it does happen).
The hardest part about wearing eye glasses for me is: watching TV in bed (which I love to do). I either fall asleep with them on or I want to see the TV and I am not wearing them (the nightstand is far away and I'd have to get up). That's my pet peeve about it. Good luck to you... they'll make you look very intelligent and fun to be around!

Its normal. At first, you feel like your not walking right or something, but your eyes will adjust in no time. The hardest thing about wearing glasses is wearing them if you're a vain person, but I personally think people look more dignified and smarter with glasses, even though its a stereotype. The most frustrating thing about glasses to me is wearing them and it starts to rain and I can't see, fixing my hair in front of the mirror and getting hair-spray on the lenses, working out or running around in the winter and the glasses fog up, and especially when my brother and I wrestle when we're playing around and he knocks my glasses off. And the last thing is falling asleep with my glasses on and whether I take them off or not, something goes wrong. If I leave them on, the get crooked, and if I take them off, they're probably on the floor where I accidently step on them. Scratches suck too, especially if I barely got them. After you've had them for a while, you fall into a routine that keeps you from ruining your glasses. Besides, they're more convenient than contacts.

I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and some react differently than others with their first pair. if it continues I would tell the doctor about it. The hardest part is getting use to them. They slide down your nose so you have to push them back up. Some if they are not adjusted properly tend to make the back of your ear sore because the bows are cutting into the back of your ears. The care that glasses require can be a real pain as well. If you can think about trying contacts

If you are old enough you can use lens'. Laser eye surgery is good because you will get rid of glasses and lens' forever. By the way, are you serious of your glasses or is it just a joke? Because you have a joke in your name and extra comment too. How much magic do you do per day?

It's completely normal. The prescription lenses are making your eyes see differently than they're used to. This can make you feel sick and give you headaches. It goes away after a few days so long as you wear them.
In the future, you will experience this every time your prescription changes.

you will feel like that for some days and then it would be part of you. I never get the glasses of my eyes except when I go to sleep and during shower.
