my son looks mostly like me and my dad
my middle daughter looks like me from the eyes up, but my husband from the nose down,
my youngest daughter we couldn't figure out at all, until we saw a picture of her at about age 10 with braids, and i said,"i've seen that picture before" and we figured out that it looks just like my mother at that age (my mother only had 2 or 3 pictures of herself taken between birth and age 15 or so, and there was one of her in braids at age 9 or so)

My daughter resembled me, but the child that looks identical to me is my granddaughter. I noticed it when she was 6 months old. My daughter and I were shocked when we looked at my baby pictures and compared them to Annie's. My granddaughter is now almost 3 and the only way that you can tell my childhood pictures from hers is that mine are mostly black and white (from the 1950s). She looks like me and even acts like I did as a child which is totally the opposite of her mommy. The funny part is that I am definitely not my son-in-law's favorite person. God must have a sense of humor!

Luckily they look just like Daddy. I was worried because I have very thick curly hair and I remember when I was little how hard it was to manage.
But apparently Daddy's genes won out and my children have beautiful, shiny and manageable straight hair.
Actually my real fear was that they get my wild curly hair and that they would be born blond (my husband was born with blond hair but it turned black in about a year).

So I was extremely worried that they were going to come out looking lid Dee Snyder of Twisted Sister!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHEW - really dodged that bullet.

When my son was a newborn baby he looked exactly like his daddy's baby pictures only with my nose!

But at a few months old his looks seemed to 'switch' with his dark hair turning blond and his eyes turning from dark blue to a gray blue like mine.

now at age 8 he is almost the spitting image of me but has his fathers personality

My daughter looks like me when she's sleeping. She has my nose and hair colour but everything else is her father's side of the family: skin, height, eyes and the shape of her face.

I love her to death but every day is like looking into the face of my ex's mother! Egads!

My daughter who is 3 is the spitting image of her daddy. Althought she does have my nose and she does have some of my facial expressions. She has her daddys eyes and mouth and her legs are short like mine and her torso is long like her daddy's.
Really it doesnt matter who she looks like the most because she is the most beautiful little girl and we love her no matter who she looks like!

My son looks like us both, but my daughter looks more like me. All I can do is keep praying for my son. My friends son looked just like his dad when he was young, but now as a teen, he looks just like his mother. So, there's still hope for him!
