well, my family fry up floured snapper, or you can grill it. Serve with a light tomatoe sauce, with onion and bell peppers.

No sauces huh..I had a recipe all typed out and then reread your question...bummer. Fish can be pretty bland without sauces. Try Halibut. It is very tender and moist...not fishy. A little salt and basil would be good eatin'
Be careful some fish contains high levels of toxins you don't want to be loadin up on. Salmon, wild salmon is great, but you can't have it more than like once a month--normally.

Cooked or cold fish?
Could try picked herring, well yeah its a bit pickly but i was really surprised I liked it too.
Or also smoked salmon, maybe with scrambled eggs and pepper on toast or muffins? yum.
I saw someone mentioned salmon, and trout is a bit like that but smaller - nice with a bit of dill like salmon easy to bake with some better and lemon too in some foil (just call me Delia).
Red snapper is a bit exotic, but lots of bones. Nice fish though.
Butter fish is fantastic and rich.
I mostly east fish now from being a heavy meat eater - its great i feel much lighter in mind and body. And im no wimp either!
