Puree the raspberries and apples together, put through the mesh, reduce over high heat with sugar, add corn starch to thicken, chill and set aside.

Marinate beets with chopped ginger. Set aside.

Julienne your peppers, saute' in olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper. Cool and toss with beets.

Grill salmon over med-high flame, skin side down for 5 minutes. Turn fish and remove skin. Grill on other side for an additional 5 minutes.

Put fish on plate, and serve with potatoes (steamed with butter and salt) on the side, accompanied by a side of your peppers and beets.

drizzle the fish and potatoes with your apple- raspberry sauce.

Eat, and let me know how it turns out!

I would take the chicken breast and marinate it in salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian dressing, let it marinate about an hour or 2 even better! Then I would take the raspberries and the apples and put them in a sauce pan, add some sugar to them and water and cook them till they become syrup like. Setting those aside to gather more flavor. THen I would take the chicken and add some peanut oil to a large skillet and add the chicken let it cook for about 15 minutes on each side and then add the potatoes, when potatoes are almost finished add the green and red and yellow bell peppers sliced to it and cover and cook on very low heat to soften the peppers.
Then in another saucepan add the beets with a small amount of water and cook until done. WHen this is done place the chicken on a serving platter and cover with the raspberry and apples and place the potatoes and peppers all around it. Top with ginger to add a little excitement to the flavors and SERVE!
The beets become an extra side dish.

I would make a dessert taking the raspberries, slicing the apples, and mincing part of the ginger, adding some sugar, stirring together, and chilling.
I would take some more of the ginger, mince it, and stuff it inside either the chicken or the pork chops with some fresh herbs. (I would have said pork chops out-right, but I just had some last night.)
Then I would slice and sautee the peppers, and steam the beets and purple potatoes, dice them up, and toss them together with a little olive oil, the rest of the ginger, and some more of the same herbs that I stuffed into the meat cutlets with some salt and pepper.

Staples used: salt, rosemary, garlic powder, sugar.
Season chicken breast with salt, rosemary, and garlic powder. Bake in oven until done.

Combine raspberries, apples, ginger, and sugar. Set aside and allow flavors to combine well.

Grill red, yellow, and green bell peppers.

Cook jasmine rice per directions.

Steam baby colored beets.

Serve chicken over rice and top with the bell peppers. Serve beets to the side as the vegetable course. Serve raspberry apple mix for dessert.

A delicious meal!

I would poach a piece of salmon and top with roasted bell peppers (maybe I would saute them) and a simple sauce made with grainy mustard (this is a staple, correct?) olive oil and tarragon.

I would serve along-side the salmon roasted purple potatoes and beets sprinkled with salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil.

For desert I would do the raspberries, apples and some chopped ginger soaked in a dressing of lemon juice (staple as well? lol) sugar and fresh mint.

Yes, this would be yummy.
