Build up your abdominal muscles, using weights on your chest whilst doing crunches, crunches with twists and double crunches. Do as many crunches as you can until you can't do any more. I'd suggest using a 5lb-10lb weight across your chest. You can also work the lower abdominal muscles by doing pelvic tilts with the weight on your stomach. You'll soon see results. HTH : )

that's easy. keep eating!

lots of carbs like pasta, then take a nap right after. totally horrible for you to do, but it will increase you waist for sure.

work out at least 3 days a week for about an hour and take weight gainer it helps tons my man looks AMAZING!!!!!!
