How to avoid an IP BAN.?

In the situation of getting banned from a forum, specifically an IP ban, does anyone know software that can fool their IP reading software. I am not an idiot, but not terribly tech savvy either, so please answer with a certain amount of specificity and exactness. THANKS!

Dude better to login thru a differnt IP address, like u can use the IP address provided by proxy site
eg: Anonycat.com
megaproxy.com
guardster.com
get the ip from it and change u r IP n now u can login into the Forums,but if u identity is blocked viz... u r username ,
then create a new ID and try ,Hope this will help
