If you are in the States it is easy to buy at the same Price as other large buyers. There are meat processing outlets in every medium to large city. If you are a licensed food provider then just go to them an order what you want. Needing that much meat must be for earning a profit and that is operating a business so you should have the proper licensees and such. I am not talking about the local butcher shop. I mean the wholesale outlets.

Any store that supplies meat can order the amount for you. Well, that's what we do when we are going to have a festival at our church. You have to give the store advance notice. A meat market or butcher shop can provide bulk amounts but may cost more than a regular store.

Alot of regular grocery stores have meat in bulk, whether prepackaged in certain amounts (say 10 or 25lbs) or deli-style where you get the amount of your choice. Not all of them do though.
Butcher shops also have them.

If you have any farms in your area,I would contact them to see if they will sell to you. I don't buy as much as you,but I do buy sides of beef and pork for the winter.
