actually every expert is split on this. some say it helps some say dont bother but none say dont do it. my opinion is that streching is good no matter when you do it and if it makes you more comfotable or gives you a oh yeah getting ready kind of thing going keep doing it.

via fact we've little ones (all youthful adults), we tend to pose the "no longer common questions" to a bigger team, so there is greater enter and much less danger to gloss over aspects of the approach that i will no longer in my opinion choose to look at (frequently regarding expenditures or functional logistics - i in my opinion have self assurance i'd be in 3 places at as quickly as!!). greater human beings keeps you responsible and greater in all danger to look on the area from greater factors if no longer all. My companion and each and each of my teenagers are rather diverse in how they ask questions, make judgements and are available to concensus. considering which you could technique some thing for too long, in spite of the undeniable fact that, we do set a time decrease on while the suited determination desires to be reached. the substantial ingredient right here is, if some thing with reference to the determination is going incorrect (like the boss on the recent interest is a jerk, or the recent city we moved to does not have a sturdy bookshop) - you on no account blame the folk that helped you attain the determination. turn part - a lot of kudos while issues pass remarkable or much greater clever than you have was hoping. sturdy luck!! (and prayer on no account hurts the two)

Yes! I am stretching in front of my machine at work at 5:55 every morning, & dancing like Madonna, it helps me get ready to build your next Cadillac. I pick up over 500 pair of trunk hinges each day, so my upper body is nice & strong, not mushy like a mattress, this way I have the strength to toss my husband around like a wet wash rag when I get home from work! I am woman, hear me roar! Stretching is good at the end of the day, too! http://www.madonna.com Crank up the volume

definatly.
Think of it this way.....you take an old rubberband that is a bit dry and hasen't been stretched in a long time. Then you take a new rubber band that is fresh from the store and you have used it a couple of times........Which rubber band would snap and break first??? Definatly the old one.
Stretching isn't a total protection against injury but definatly is a responsibable way to take care of your body.
As we age our tissues get more fibrous and need stretching and tlc

Yes, it helps blood flow so that you don't cramp-up. If you are jogging muscles will get tight, resticting blood flow and can cause the cramping(aka charle hourse)I wonder how that name came about. Anyway, you should do a few other exercises to cool down when finished.

Depends how old you are and what type of exercise you are referring to. Running sports, yes stretch. Auto racing, doesn't really matter. Golf, I don't but maybe you should.
