Chicken Ritz Casserole
Ingredients:
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar broccoli soup
about 1/4 soup can of milk
1-1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked minute rice (1 c. prior to cooking)
dash salt and pepper
30 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Butter
Cooking Instructions:
Cook chicken and remove chicken from bone and cut up. Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixed ingredients over chicken. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 350F. for 45 mins.

Well.....
Chicken( morningstar Farms Faux Chic or real)
Onions
mushrooms
Pasta
Bertolli Pasta Sauce(any kind)
Cut the chix in pieces, adda little oil(olive or Canola) to a pan
add an onion(cut into pieces)
add mushrooms(sliced, fresh or canned)
saute'together until onions are "clear"
add chicken and pasta sauce cover pan
boil pasta
drain
add pasta to pan ingredients
You can add what ever spices You nedd at the table, or to the pan. The pasta sauce has a lot of sodium, so I don't know whether You wish to add more salt.
Garnish with parmasean cheese

Traditional Peanut Brittle
2 cups sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup water
2 cups raw Spanish peanuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
Heat and stir sugar, syrup and water in a heavy 3-quart saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Add salt. Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Add peanuts at 250 degrees. Cook to hard crack stage (290 degrees), stirring often. Remove from heat.
Quickly, stir in butter and soda. Beat to a froth for a few seconds. Pour at once onto 2 well-buttered 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch pans, spreading with spatula. If desired, cool slightly and pull with forks to stretch thin. Break up when cold.
Yield: About 1-1/2 pounds of peanut brittle.

Depends on what your wanting to cook.
I experament alot and have come up with a great ribs recipe.
One slab of ribs of your choice
rub thouroughly with Grill mates Montreal Steak rub put in pan with water. don't fully cover the ribs. also add a small can of pine appe rings and juice. cover tightly put oven on about 250. If you put them in the oven at lets say, 2:00 by 6:00 you wont be able to help but go back for a second plate

Boil 1 lb. spaghetti & drain.
In very large dutch oven or skillet add 1 lb. Velveeta, 1 can drained sliced mushrooms, 1 can drained Rotel, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/2 lb. pre-cooked packaged diced or sliced chicken. Slow cook, stirring til cheese is melted, season to taste, stir in spaghetti.
If you need to thin out sauce just add some chicken broth or milk. This is an easy recipe to play with, can add sauteed onions, omit mushrooms, just whatever you like. It's foolproof!

Hot Dog Soup
(I know it sounds weird but it taste so, good)
hand full of celery cut up , 1/2 onion cut up
Cut up some hot dogs
can of Cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's brand wks good)
using same Campbell's can add can of milk
can of cream style corn
add everything in and throw in a bay leaf.. cook for 30 minutes
take out bay leaf before you serve..

Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.

get a chicken breast cut it in half put some mozzarella in it put the other half back on top sprinkle on some chicken seasonin an salt wrap in bacon put in the grill cook till juices are clear then enloy with some homemade chips i kno loads of quick an easy stuff as i look after an have children

take some chicken breasts. Put b-bque sauce on top. Cook for about 30 mins or until almost done. Sprinkle with cheese and put back in the oven until done. Fry some bacon to put on top if you would like.
Great with pots, rice or veggies.

2# back of frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz container of sour cream
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all together, pour in greased dish, and bake a 400 about 4o minutes, or til bubbling and brown on top
