do you mean pancit... or do you mean the pilipino version of spaghetti? as in regular spaghetti with hotdogs and sugar? well here's a shortcut version of pilipino spaghetti...
1. Saute onions and garlic (1 small onion, 2 cloves garlic)
2. Brown about 1 lb of ground beef
3. Add 2 - 3 hotdogs
4. Add jar of sauce (Ragu or Prego)
5. Add sugar (maybe about 1/4 cup..but depends on preference)
6. Bring to boil

I just returned from the Philippines and the way they made it over there was with hot dogs and sauce and ketchup made from bannanas. I don't know where you can get it here except maybe an asian market. Good luck.
OH if you find a place that carries Balut please contact me I want to try and get my family to eat it.
