Before I type the recipe I wanted to mention how much I enjoy the tuna packed in the foil envelopes. It has the best flavor so much better than the canned. Check it out. They come with different flavors too, smoked, lemon and herb, teriyaki, garlic etc.
1 pkg makes enough for 2 people
If the tuna was not seasoned I would use:
chopped celery
sweet pickle relish
1 hard boiled egg chopped
mayonnaise enough to hold the salad together
juice from 1/2 lemon
tiny jar of pimentos chopped
Romaine lettuce, bread, rolls, crackers....
Mix all ingredients together taste for more seasonings and then cover tightly and chill until very cold. When ready to serve place washed and torn romaine lettuce leaves on a plate or use for sandwiches top with tuna salad...
I never measure it's more to taste...taste before adding salt and pepper.
A nice fast dessert is a sliced navel orange

Mine is very simple. Tuna, diced onions, bell peppers, celery and mayo. After mixing it all together I spread some on two pieces of bread, a slice of cheese and at least 3 jalapenos. Yummy...My mouth is watering already.

Lettuce + soy beans sprouts + a tin of tuna.
You dress it with the oil from the tuna (or preferably with olive oil), a few drops of soy sauce (or vinegar), some salt and... voilá, very simple, very quick and very TASTY.
