onions are very high in vitamin C i believe. Garlic does wonders for the heart. is this a question of flavor or it's effect on the human body?

I use both onion and garlic in almost all of my recipes. The flavor of both of them together really brings out a lot of flavor and texture in making anything that calls for them. Happy cooking!

Definitely garlic. It is similar to onion, but tastes better.
